Component level laptop repair

Courier Options

We have many quick options available for getting your laptop to us for repair.

1.  Customers living in the Pontypridd and Cardiff areas of South Wales are entitled to a free local collection and return delivery of your laptop.

2.  Customers outside these Local areas; but still in the South Wales area will still be eligible for our personal courier service; but at a charge.  The charge for this service is £15.  This cost includes the collection and safe return of your laptop by a member of Country2City.  This service can be highly beneficial as it makes sure that the utmost care is taken in the transportation of your laptop.  

Please Note:  £15 will still be required even if your laptop cannot be fixed, and is usually charged up front.

3.   Any Customers that do not fall into the first 2 categories, ie. Customers outside the South Wales area and the rest of the UK, need not worry as we have a special plan to ensure maximum speed, safety and low cost in the delivery and repair of your laptop.
This service costs £25 for anywhere in the UK, there is no charge for returning the laptop to you; even if it cannot be fixed.

To use this service please fill out the form on our 'Get A Quote' page found HERE, making sure to include all details including your address.  This then tells us that you are outside our delivery Zones and require a special delivery option.  

We will respond to your emails promptly providing details of your order, including a quote.  We will then ask if you would like to continue with the order.  If you decide to contine, we will then email you a special Transportation form that will need to be printed out and filled in. You will then be required to package your laptop along with your completed form (details on correct packaging will be given) .

Please Note:  Courier charge of £25 is paid for in advance of your laptop being collected

4.  You are also more than welcome to personally deliver your laptop to us, and we highly recommend anybody living within travelling distance from us to do so, as you are then able to see where we are based and meet the technician in charge of your order.
